Once upon a time....

....Eden Valley Motor Club was established in 1982 by the late Matt Ritson. A group of around a dozen people decided to get together and form a Motor Club in our area as there was no other clubs that were local to them.
Matt Ritson was well known on the Road Rally scene - one of our current members, Keith Baglee, navigated for him on several occasions.

Matt Ritson, Ian Strong and Ron Wilby were also behind the starting of the Westmorland Road Rally (which took place this year on the 25/26th of September) with the help of other club members....

(any more info on the history of the club...anyone.....please!!??!!)

We now meet once a month, on the first Monday, at the Crown Inn, Eamont Bridge, Penrith at 8pm. Everyone is welcome to come along for a beer & to voice an opinion!!
